Selepharia Jewelry
Selepharia Jewelry is a joint venture between me and my girlfriend, Sabrina. Early in our relationship I learned that she loved jewelry, so as a way for her to cultivate that enjoyment while being gentle on my wallet, I recommended that she try jewelry making as a hobby. She picked up beading and immediately fell in love.
Being entrepreneurially minded as usual, I suggested that we turn her hobby into a business. She happily agreed and this site is the result.
After looking through a variety of e-commerce platforms, I decided to choose Magento because of its open source code base, immense feature set, and active community. Although the learning curve was high, we are extremely satisfied with the decision as it has served us well so far.
